Following small private weddings or weddings abroad, you may wish to inform a wider circle of friends and relatives of the ceremony. In this case, a wedding announcement may

ORDERS OF SERVICE |
|
|
|
If you are getting married in church you will require an order of service. We recommend that you allow one copy of the order of service for each guest, with a few extra for
the clergy, choir and last minute guests. Please check the details for the service, incluing hymns and music, with your minister or priest before ordering your cards supply clear, full copy.
Orders of service should be ordered approximately six weeks
before your wedding.
All sets have a matching order of service. See Special wordings.
Unfortunately, the raised ink option is not available for any order of service.

BLESSING OF THE MARRIAGE |

For wedding which have not taken place in a church but are to be blessed formally, you may choose to have your order of service with a specific blessing wording.

PLACE CARDS AND TABLE CARDS |
|
|
|
All ranges include place cards or table cards. These are useful for guests to find their places at the reception. All place cards can be printed with the first names of the
bridal couple, in the typeface shown on each sample. These cards provide a welcoming touch and can also make attractive mementoes of your day. Table cards are personalised with first names of the bridal couple with the wording shown. |

REPLY CARDS |
|

These are supplied with their own white envelopes printed in grey ink only with your name and address making it easy for guests to reply promptly to your wedding invitation.
|

THANK YOU CARDS AND BRIDAL NOTEPAPERS |

|
|
Both thank you cards and bridal notepapers can be used to thank your guests as well as inform people of your new address.
|

SERVETTE RINGS |

These add the finishing touch to your table decoration.They are printed with the names of the bridal couple and the wedding date in the typeface shown on the sample and are
provided with unprinted serviettes, in a choice of five colours. |

QUANTITY |
|

Unless otherwise stated all items are supplied only in multiples of ten, subject to a minimum Quantity of twenty. This minimum also applies to continuation orders. |

WORDINGS |
|
|
|
Please see the wording pages, for your various choices. Please note your details will be printed on your stationery in the ink colour you have selected. Wording samples are
shown for the 'words' only and not for the layout as layout may differ from the sample depending on the quantity of the customer's personal text and choice of wording. Alternatively customer's own wording can be used but full, clear copy must be
supplied. |

TYPEFACES AND INK COLOURS |
|
|
|
Please choose your preferred typeface from those shown on Typeface Page. A choice of ink colours is shown.. Create your own individual look from a selection of tyefaces and
both flat and raised ink colours.
If a choice is not made we will print the typeface and ink colour as shown on the cards you have selected. Please note that place cards and servette rings can only be supplied in the typeface as shown. Reply card
envelope will be supplied only in flat grey ink and the typeface will match the one you have selected for you reply card. |

RAISED INK OPTIONS |
|

|
If you prefer, you may select raised ink for your stationery. Raised ink is available in all of the ink colours shown below with the addition of gold and silver. There is an
additional charge for this option. Please refer to the price list for details. |

FLAT INK OPTIONS |

|
|
There is a choice of five flat ink colours---blue, grey, black,brown or burgundy |

REPEATS AND REPRINTS |
|
|
|
Increases in quantity and alterations to copy received after the original order has been printed will be charged for as new orders.
Please note that the minimum order
quantity on repeat orders is twenty. |

PROOFS |
|
|
|
Please see the price list of this website for details of charges if proofs are requested.
Due to the amount of copy reqiued in orders of service C.C.A. are pleased to
supply your initial layout proof free of charge for this item.
Layout proofs will be printed sampling the layout and typeface only, not the ink colour.
A complete card proof, a sample of how the finished card will look, can also be supplied for any
item. Again, please refer to the price list and allow an additional ten working days for this service, Proofs for cards without inserts have to be in the form of a card proof and not a layout proof. Proof approvals with no alteration can be actioned via
fax, post or telephone. Alterations have to be made in writing. Standard delivery time will commence when final proof approval has been received.

For a small premium a faster delivery service than normal can be arranged on your behalf.delivery periods may vary acording to seasonal changes.
Delivery times are exended
when queries are raised or alterations made.please note that additional time may be required during public and bank holidays.

EXPRESS SERVICE |

Wedding Stationery orders recieved by the specialist printers before 10.00am (Monday to Saturday and excluding Bank Holidays) are guaranteed to be delivered within the U.K.
Mainland within 3 working days. N.B.( this excludes Saturdays and Sundays).
The charge for this service is Shown on the price list.
This covers a maximum quantity of 500 cards per design.
